In case you were wondering
Will my subscription price change?
No! You will still pay the subscription price you agreed to when you first subscribed. But your credit card charge will now be listed as “Advisor Controls”
Will I lose any of my cases, leads, or fact finder data?
No, all of your existing cases and data will still be accessible from your dashboard.
Will I need to re-learn how to use my planning tools?
No, all of your planning tools will look and function exactly like they used to. The only screen that has visually changed is your dashboard.
Will the links to my fact finders or lead gen tools change?
Yes, moving forward you should use the new links located on your leads dashboard. However, your old PlanFacts links will also still work (they will redirect to your new link URLS).
